Officer Karen Coleman is a licensed Renewal Coach who helps leaders at
Alief
ISD
succeed in important initiatives while simultaneously enhancing their
work performance. Coleman, who is also the Accountability Officer and
Executive Officer to the Chief of Police, assists her coachees and
members of the police force to develop unique plans for success. Officer
Coleman is a Master Peace Officer, Instructor, Special Investigator and
also is a published author. She is completing a bachelor's degree in
Psychology. Karen says. "Renewal Coaching is the magic that allows
people to create a sense of renewal and accomplish goals that matter."

Dr. Judith VanVoorhis is the
Director of the Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Department at the
Muskingum Valley Educational Service Center (MVESC), which is known state-wide
for using data and developing sound standards-based curriculum processes and products.
As a trainer of individual and team administrators and teachers, she has
facilitated professional development and provided leadership and team training
to thousands of educators throughout Ohio and the nation. Dr. VanVoorhis
brings to the table a broad range of experience as a teacher; college
professor; audit analyst; and curriculum, instruction and assessment program
and product developer, which enables her to reach staff at the personalized
level they require.
