The next Renewal Coaching Institute is scheduled to take place in The San Francisco Bay Area, California The dates are October 19-24, 2010.
We invite you to participate in the entire conference or attend just the seminars that fit your needs (note some seminars have prerequisites). Licensed Renewal Coaches may attend all Institutes at no extra charge, as a benefit of licensing. Institute Agenda:
Days 1-2: Foundations of Coaching: This is for anyone who wants to adopt a coaching mindset and use coaching tools to support and influence others as they accomplish what matters to them. Leaders, supervisors, managers, team members, and school administrators have all found extreme value in this seminar. Click here for a detailed agenda.
Days 3-4: Foundations of Renewal Coaching: This is for leaders, teams, coaches and anyone who wants to use the Renewal Coaching framework to create a culture of innovation, creativity and sustainability. You will analyze your own Renewal Coaching Assessment results and create a "100-Day to Renewal Leadership Plan" during this seminar. Click here for a detailed agenda.
Days 5-6: Renewal Coaching Level I. This is for leaders who coach and internal and external coaches who want to use the Renewal Coaching assessments, approach, and tools to support and influence others as they accomplish what matters to them. Via Webinar Series (dates to be announced): For Licensed Renewal Coaches who are independent coaches and consultants: Building, Marketing, and Developing Your Professional Coaching Practice (Optional, but recommended for new coaches establishing their practice and for Licensed Renewal Coaches). Licensed Renewal Coaches Renewal Coaching Licensing Level II is an exclusive professional learning opportunity available only for Licensed Renewal Coaches who have completed Level I certification and who have initiated a minimum of ten Renewal Coaching engagements. Coaches usually take this seminar in the second year of certification. This highly personalized institute includes:
one-to-one feedback and support
case studies of actual clients
video analysis of coaching practices
advanced coaching strategies.
